| Investigate how the Wimmera's vast sky, rivers, lakes, open plains and history are carried with us wherever we go. Explore these influences on the works of Marion Borgelt, Jill Orr and Simone Slee through photography, painting and sculpture. | |
As well as the knowledge of Elders; Aunty Hazel McDonald, Aunty Irene Harrison, Aunty Nancy Harrison and Aunty Faye Marks, through their collaborative project the Wotjubaluk cloak. Discuss the Wimmera's history and symbology in art. Create a simple paper vessel to be decorated with your own personal symbolism |
